In this trailer, as well as announcing the imminent release of the cover of In These Arms, I wanted to prepare the listener’s ears for the background melody that accompanies the explosion of the song. I built the guitar solo on this string accompaniment arranged with Felix Ensemble, and I find that in this completely transparent role it has an alternative beauty that was worth highlighting.
